Furnaces for technical ceramics is a universal industrial furnace that allows two processes to be carried out in one furnace, this is the removal of binders or plasticizers and sintering at operating temperatures up to 1400 ° C.

Purging the furnace chamber with pre-warmed air, according to a given technological program, with automatic control of the flaps and adjusting the purge speed, makes the process of removing plasticizer or binder with subsequent sintering, as autonomous as possible. In conjunction with an exhaust fan, the system allows you to create both excess and discharged pressure in the furnace chamber for different requirements for process safety.

  • The furnace has a purge with preheated air through perforated tubes located with two according to the program set by the operator
  • Air heating is carried out before entering the main chamber
  • Gate in the arch with an electromechanical drive that opens at a given program step
  • The lining of the furnace is multilayer and made of modern high-performance insulating materials that are resistant to aggressive environments
  • S-type thermocouple, 1-class
  • 5 side heating (under, side and back walls, door)
  • Khantal spiral type wire heaters located on ceramic support tubes

  • Independent overheat protection, temperature control relay
  • Ventilation umbrella with a channel for connection to the ventilation system.
  • Firing automation and control of additional equipment are implemented on the basis of a programmable logic controller
  • Double ventilated furnace body
  • Door opening flat parallel sideways
  • Confirmation of conformity of the measuring and control equipment of the furnace.

Additional equipment for the removal of binders, plasticizing additives and sintering of technical ceramics up to 1400 ° C:

    • Double ventilation gate for separation of flows at the stages of removal and firing
    • Discharge fan in gas removal system
    • Concentration sensor in the ventilation system
    • Ventilation ducts with additional insulation that prevent condensation.

    • A system for collecting, analyzing, storing and archiving information on firing to an external PC using the program AGNI DPC.Pro
    • Ceramic penetration with a fireproof plug for placement of a control thermocouple
    • Equipped with an external recorder for submitting firing reports
    • Measurement of the uniformity of the temperature field with a charge for testing the technological process and setting modes.
